The game reached 240 level and keeps going out on me..I've passed the level a thousand times and it keeps starting over

Can't progress past level 240, I've completed the round multiple times over a week and haven't received any stars or new levels. Rather disappointed as I really enjoyed the game, was very easy to complete and a great way to pass some time. Wish we had been told that 240 is the end of the game.
